Every DripScape item is made to order by our print-on-demand partners (Printful or Printify). Because each piece is unique to you and printed on demand, our refund policy is different from a traditional retail store. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. To claim:
- Contact support@dripscape.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and 1–3 clear photos showing the issue.
- We'll review and respond within 3 business days.
2. Wrong size or wrong item shipped
If you received the wrong size or product (e.g. you ordered a hoodie and received a t-shirt), we will ship a free replacement at no cost to you. Please ensure the size on your order matches your selection at checkout — we cannot exchange items because of a size you picked yourself unless covered by our optional Size Insurance (not available at launch).
3. Buyer's remorse / change of mind
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Please consult the size chart and the realistic product mock-up before ordering. The 14-day EU consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's personal specification.
4. Lost in transit
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch (60 days for international destinations) and the carrier tracking confirms it is lost, we will reprint and reship it free of charge, or issue a full refund at your choice.
5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add 1–3 days.
6. Subscription refunds
- Designer subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Master) and Buyer Premium tiers can be cancelled any time. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
- AI Design Refills (one-time top-ups) are non-refundable once the design credits have been added to your account.
- Visibility Booster (€5.99 / 7 days) is non-refundable once the boost has been activated.
7. Self-purchase commission
A 50% platform commission applies to designers buying their own product (anti-abuse rule). This commission is not refundable.
