Welcome to DripScape ("we", "us", "our"), an AI-native fashion marketplace where independent designers create and sell apparel generated with artificial intelligence and produced on-demand by our partner print providers. By accessing or using DripScape you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account, publish designs, or make purchases. By using DripScape you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You may not transfer your account to another person.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Designer Accounts & Subscriptions
Designers subscribe to a monthly plan (Basic, Pro, or Master) that determines the number of AI designs they may generate per billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Buyer Subscriptions
Buyer Premium tiers (Entry, Main, High Tier) unlock recurring discounts of up to 10%, 20%, and 35% respectively on eligible products. Discounts are applied at checkout and may not be combined with other promotions.
5. AI-Generated Content
Designs generated through our Studio are produced by third-party AI models. You retain commercial rights to the designs you publish, subject to our trademark and content policies (no infringement of third-party trademarks, copyrights, hate symbols, or illegal content). DripScape reserves the right to reject or remove any design that violates these policies.
6. Marketplace, Payments & Commission
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
- Designer earnings are paid out via Stripe Connect after each successful order, minus production cost.
- DripScape currently charges 0% platform commission on regular marketplace sales. A 50% commission applies to self-purchases (a designer buying their own product), to prevent abuse.
- Production, shipping and tracking are handled by Printful and Printify.
7. Visibility Booster
Designers may purchase a one-time Visibility Booster (€5.99) to feature a product at the top of the marketplace for 7 days. Booster purchases are non-refundable once the boost period has started.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass our trademark / brand-name filters or our self-purchase commission.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
DripScape's name, logo, neon brand identity, codebase, and trade dress are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DripScape's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform and/or by email. Continued use of DripScape after changes constitutes acceptance.
